Dr. Katarzyna Sosnowska LL.M. is a highly respected attorney-at-law and entrepreneur with 15 years of business experience. She has an international track record in diversified markets, including energy, infrastructure and Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects across Europe, Middle East and North America. She maintains professional collaborations with the Private Offices of members of the Royal Families in the UAE and cooperates with governmental and public sector entities in Kuwait.

Between 2010 and 2019, Katarzyna was highly successful lawyer at international law companies such as Baker McKenzie and CMS Cameron McKenna. She successfully organized and attended international conferences across the world. She has played a crucial role and was involved in the world’s largest energy, infrastructure, project finance transactions as well as mergers and acquisitions activities.

She is an expert in the finance and banking sector responsible for innovative financing structures. She represented one of world largest banks and was involved in the financing for major corporate customers and a significant presence in global financial markets. Her major clients include biggest international companies in energy, oil and gas, infrastructure and telecommunication sector.

She is also a co-owner of Virtus Project Management AG, responsible for strategic corporate leadership as well as the legal, regulatory, and organizational structuring of international infrastructure and civil defense projects. University educated in Germany, Poland and Spain.

She speaks fluent English, German, Polish, and Spanish.

He has driven Safeguard AG to be a leader in wealth preservation and high-end client services.

As the head of Global Metals AG, he oversees a company that specializes in trading precious metals. His deep knowledge of international markets and metal sourcing has helped the company establish a strong presence across the globe, facilitating trusted investments for high-net-worth individuals and institutions.

He is the founder of Schröder & Co Advisory AG, offering tailored solutions for asset protection and financial security, leveraging his extensive network and expertise in international markets. He also serves as General Counsel of Gulfstream Trading FZE in the UAE, a company operating in the oil and gas sector. He built a solid foundation in business and finance across Europe, Latin America and UAE. He combines decades of hands-on experience and is recognized for his strategic insight and leadership within the industry.
